There's a documentary on Vicks Dogs - it's something special to see.
as a side note - I saw on my local (NBC) news they're doing a segment about Dog abusers that get busted
over and over and NEVER do jail time. All I kept thinking while watching the promo was MAYBE people are really starting to take notice and the laws will slowly change.
I'm hoping it gets lots of viewers
ps - this is an article about his dogs - it was pretty hard to read (emotionally) but shows the heart of people who stepped in and worked so hard to help rehab them -
