Oh boy. This sounds like a liver shunt for sure. Please start doing a google search to prepare yourself for the reality that she probably does have a liver shunt.

She should have a Bile Acid Serium test ASAP

If this were me, I would change her food asap to a low protein diet for liver compromised dogs. Either Hills l/d wet food OR Royal Canin Hepatic LS 14 dry food. Both from your vet
