I have asked Ann, one of our wonderful moderators to see if she can help you as she doesn't live that far from you and could probably give you a name of a good vet...she also has a tiny.

I am going to assume that your little one has not been spayed either and so she might have extra teeth (baby teeth) still in her mouth which is a big problem.

Have you actually looked at the roof of her mouth?

What happens when she has these seizures? what do you do? If she is not eating enough it could be a sugar problem...

It could be lots of things but you need to get to a better vet...that is absured your vet won't draw blood...
