I have the large and Lexi and Bentley together weigh about 7 1/2 pounds. It is really GREAT quality. You can carry it on your shoulder. That's how I usually carry mine. The large is pretty big, but I still have taken them to restaurants, stores, church (bad I know!), and nobody ever has known I have them.
