Obviously not on Ella, her ears are perfect points as you can see. My sister has 2 new yorkies, they just turned 2 m/o yesterday, and the girl's ears are already standing but not the boys. What can she do to make his floppy ears stand? Ella's stood between 2-3 months so i can't help her out. Any advice would be nice. Thanks. Here are some recent pics of the pups.

Yes shave the ear, about half way up to take the weight off the ends, then tape with a clear tape like you see in dobes ears, make sure to take the tape off every other day or so and after a couple of hours put the tape back on till the ears stand.
