I'm so very, very sorry that she is so ill.

I'm afraid I've no practical advice to give as I've no experience of this problem.
One of mine did have IBS from being young but, after several useless courses of antibiotics, it turned out to be a food allergy & was controllable by careful diet.

Has the vet given you any practical advice as to the best way to care for her?

Thinking of you both & hoping it turns out better than you're dreading, take care.
