This is exactly what my vet had shared w/ me ...good to hear someone has been through it and all was fine. I am getting my 5 year old male neutered soon, going to do one at a time. I should have had him done by now , but I was so scared of putting him to sleep , I had a neighbor whose Yorkie died went they put him to sleep.When I talked to my vet he really didn't put me at ease and that along with some other things made me decide to change vets after 5 years. The new vet put my fears to ease and gave me a lot of advice on how that was just a myth that Yorkies have problems w/ being put underand then told me about the Laser procedure and how much easier it is on little dogs and big dogs. So since Philly can get pregnant we are going to do her first and then Dallas is next
I also love the idea of the onesie..I just talked to the vet and they said NO STICHES.....YAAA! I will need to let Hot Rod's Mommy know I wont be needing the Cone Collar after all. I love this website you guys are such a wealth of knowledge.
