I was just using it once a week on bath days, they would get teeth brushed and a spray of this stuff. I had one that got real bad tarter, so started using it daily on her, at bedtime. and it has worked wonders, half of the tarter is now gone.
You could start as thread on the in breeding, although if done by a reputable breeder who has studied the genetics of the line, and have had their dogs tested for genetic disorders, it can be done safely. It definitely should be left to the experts. a novice should never do this. |
well i thought that stuff was great too but used it for one year on my malt and she had to have 27 extractions as i should have had dental done the year prior

I now use chlorhexedine wipes from drs foster and smith now
there is no genetic marker for liver shunt though and 38% of yorkies have liver issues

so no way to make sure it is not in the line
