Yeah it is the UK - North Cornwall to be exact in the S.E. - conditions have been dreadful there and it was caused by freak weather, so no-one expected it - it is very rare especially as it is supposed to be summer! Cars were floating down the roads as rivers came over and people were missing but think they are all accounted for now but conditions are still bad and it is now similar in Scotland. In Wales so far we are ok! Yorkies are a tough little breed and SO intelligent!
