I hope she is not going by herself. Tell her to bring Nutrical with her, this puppy could be in serious trouble, given he was without food for 2 days -- and given the rest of the details of this story.

I need you to know that the Mods and Admin are concerned about this situation, for various reasons. If this works out and a puppy is saved, then wonderful. However, when it comes to a "free puppy" - all parties involved should be very cautious.
