In some ways it is harder, but the overall reward from having two makes up for it. Its harder when you have to potty train the new puppy and going thru the whole puppy stage again (chewing, etc) but generally like the others have said-they have each other for company. It took more than a couple of days for Bella to fully adjust to Rocco, but now they are the best of friends and I just know that she is no longer lonely.
