I think it is very important how the dog is with you and your husband. From my experience NO yorkie wants anymore into the house but they do adjust very well but it can take time. Yorkie ladies can be very bitchy and my only concern would be to what extent is she bitchy...My girls are always telling me what to do...haha. The boys do tend to play together more than the girls but my gang (all rescued) have learned to get along very well.
