you could also try hand feeding him a few kibbles at a time and see what happens just to see reaction that way - always good to take good notes of what you are doing too and fax to vet so you may want to do this before calling him so he can see the pattern of what is going on
is there any coffee ground looking spots in vomit as that is a sign of ulcers as those spots are blood |
