i would give the venison and sweet potato a try as you already know the eukaneuba is doing it but wet the food down or feed wet
are you feeding wet or kibble?
if the next food change does not work then ask vet about tylan powder as it is used for ibd is a very low dose antibiotic with an anti-inflammatory agent to help with inflammation in intestines but it is very bitter tasting so would prefer if you can get ok with just food
if he is throwing up during meal i think the salmon may be too rich for him and it is a fatty fish too
