Wow, I'm amazed that someone wouldn't ask before giving a dog a treat/food! I would be pissed too!!! I'm actually pissed for you, lol. I don't like people petting my dogs without asking, much less feeding them. Yikes! I can't believe the lack of manners some people have. No telling what kinda stale biscuit they're giving your dog, either. It's actually a little scary...
