Is she spending anytime at all with the babies? is she eating ok, are her calcium levels ok? are the puppies crying a lot? you have to make sure mama is ok, she does not need to be in the whelping box 24/7 but she has to be there often to feed them and diapering them, if they are crying a lot then they might be hungry in which case you need to feed them, and get a soft cotton wet with warm water and stimulate their parts so they can pee and poo.
