I restrict her water to 8:00pm, and either myself if I am home or my kids will take her out before they go to bed. Then she gets taken out in the morning around 6:00 and holds it (usually). If she won't bark to let you know, maybe you can hang a bell from the door knob and teach her how to "ring" it to let you know. Start by ringing it yourself when taking her out...soon enough she'll associate ringing the bell with going outside to potty. Its worth a try, my sister did it with her dogs.
