I've heard from my Breeder that you need to shave the hair on the back of their ears and pluck the insides of all hairs in the ear canal. I shave his ears myself but I'm too sqeemish to pluck the insides so I have my Vet. or Groomer do it! If I were you I would do all of it; more calcium in his diet, shave all the hair, massage and tape again as the last resort? Good Luck
