You pull it up from the inside corners of the eyes and about 1/2 way between her ears. Use a tiny little rubber band (like the ones they use for braces) and secure it. Not too tight, or Hallie will look Chinese! Whereas I think Chinese women are BEAUTIFUL the look doesn't cross over well to Yorkies. Anyway, don't make it too tight is my point. Then you can either put a bow on that has another rubberband attached to it, or a tiny barrette underneath the 1st rubber band. When you take it out, you may have to cut the rubberband so it doesn't pull her hair.
