His trachea is deformed in the chest area....as you move down the neck...it decreases in size and is pushed upwards....we are hoping that once the lungs are cleared and he has gained some muscle mass it will not look as bad as it looks now...

yeah sounds like kennel cough triggered this whole thing so hopefully once pneumonia is fixed the ct will not be as bad and blood work will balance out - poor little guy what a rough start for him
