I would not give her the run of the house until she earns it by doing her business outside or on a pee pad.
Have you thought about an ex-pen?
You could also keep her in one area of the house and when she starts to sniff take her out. I would start by taking her out every two hours during the day. If she goes praise her and give her a cheerio. Make a big deal out of her going.
I pee pad trained my Pixie just bc CT was so cold when I got her. she is 6 months now and has earned the run of the house. I kept her in the living room with a gate up until she could be trusted. If they have too much area they will go where ever they want. Good luck, it just take time and patience
