What a terrible delema you are in. That would really tick me off as well
if I had to spend the day trying to keep my pet's safe and my car
from being torn up by someone's else's dog! What a nerve!
Hope you can get it resolved. If she has to pay for your car,
which she should, maybe then she will keep her dog behind the fence
and tied when it's out. Sometimes when someone is hurt in their
pocket book they think twice.
