They came w/Mimi when she was a pup...I didn't want to throw it away. I can't tell you if it works or not. I did use a few drops when Mimi was a pup. She had accidents when she first came to live w/us. It took her a couple of weeks to consistently use the pads, but I did have to lay a couple of x-tra pads out to cover all the bathroom floor.
