I am not sure if he is utd on all his shots but I can find out please PM me or call. She cannot take him w/ her to her new house. If I don't get anyone I am going to foster him until I find someone who can take him. She has to be out of her house by the 19th of this month. He also needs to be cleaned up. as she has kept him outside since she started moving.
