Go right ahead and wash her. Use a mild shampoo( for pups or babies) rinse well and keep water out of ears and nose. I start bathing pups as soon as they are old enough to start scrambling around and get into stuff. Mine have many baths before they leave here, so are very used to the whole procedure. As long as you keep her warm and dry well, she'll be just fine.
