I am actually headed out to get a harness today! I did not know about the trachea thing until I joined here. My Rusty is a puller when he is on walks with his leash and he always made this horrible hacking coughing sound and now I know why. I feel so guilty that I did not know before hand that collars were bad. Of course we will keep the collar on him for his ID Tags but will use the harness for walks!
