I can only give you my opinion but I have had VPI for both Simon and Hallie for 2 years now and have had no problems. They are quick to refund, usually it takes about 2 weeks, and always helpful with me when I have questions. Oh and that price is what I pay too, they have a small multi-pet discount too.
