Hy there and i am so sorry to hear about your situation. Life can be very hard and bad situations happen to many people. Glad to hear that you are trying your best and it is the right thing.
I suggest you contact the YORKIEINC rescue group. I live just a few towns away from you and if you need to find him a place sooner rather than later he will be welcome here anytime, even tonight! I think we are about 25 min away from each other.
The place i mentioned does an awesome job in finding the perfect home and they are very serious on what they do. No judgment, just love for the breed. I love their work and it is very serious. They are responsible and very capable of finding the best home for every yorkie they take in and ANY YORKIE IS ALWAYS WELCOME into their rescue. They will work with him to help him overcome some issues, but also will look for the right family for him based on "who he is"!

Please consider surrender him to Yorkies Inc, they will even come to pick him up. Then it will be peace of mind for you. You will be able to focus on getting your things on track and you can be sure that your yorkie will have the best forever home ever !
