Congratz!! I thought it's a wonderful present for yourself! I have been contemplating on getting a new puppy (probably a maltese) for myself...one of these days...
I think you should name her PIXIE!! Dixie and pixie- ADORABLE pair! Plus, many others here also agree! =)
In addition, the first couple weeks, Dixie may not like having a new dog around because she will no longer be the only one getting your attention. Introduce them slowly, don't make the same mistake I did. Make sure you pay attention to Dixie first at ALL times so she doesn't feel replaced (this was an advice given to me when I added a new yorkie). After a couple weeks, they will LOVE each other and you will ENJOY watching them play with each other. I personally love watching dogs play. Good luck! |
