If you have a blacklight (urine detection light) you can check to see if the suspect areas florese (show up bright white) under the blacklight, in a dark room. If not, it's not ringworm. Is there a lot of bumps or just 2-3 on your females ears? Mine used to get pimples or ingrown hairs occasionally. I used to take a fingernail and with light pressure, cause them to open then clean the area with mild soap and water. In a few days all signs were gone. That's if I could feel a head on them. Maybe a warm compress may help too? Sometimes a pimple will also cause the hair to fall out in the general area, but should grow back when the infection is cleared.
