Hi there, I am not sure of where you are located. I am in Southwest VA and have a male and female. Joey I got when he was 12 weeks old. My female was 14.5 months old and wouldn't housebreak. I also had my daughters Pom that was 8 months old and she was hit or miss for the pee pad. However, when I would keep them in a kennel and take them out on the leashes they were trained in about a week. I think its a pack thing. It sounds like you have already had it with him so I don't know if you would want to consider working with the kennel training. Do you use the pad or try to go outdoors? If your not to far from me I would consider taking the little guy we would just need to talk a little in futher detail. Cabella has already ruined my laminate flooring in the hallway so if I had this little guy I don't think he could hurt anything until we could get the training down. My guys are not small Cabella is about 12lbs and Joey is 8 to 9 lbs. How big is your fella? I would be willing to travel also depending on how far. Just let me know. Just don't do anything in haste.
