LOL....I know what you mean.....$100's spent on beds here, and they all want to sleep with me!
Most everything GW Little offers is a little pricey but every once in awhile I'll find a bargain on there.....and I do love to window shop there! Something else I thought about, that fabric isn't cheap at all and would probably cost a pretty penny even if you wanted to make one.
A good friend of ours made us a cuddle cup with the silky loop fabric and a nice faux fur inside, and my two do love it....it's great for trips, less bulk than other beds we have.
