Have you thought about the food? My white rescue Pommie about chewed his feet off when I first got him. It took me about a year to finally come up with a food that he will tolerate. He can have absolutely no grains. Just lately my vet had me give him oat bran and he started chewing his feet again. How about the shampoo or conditioner you are using? My little Chipper have very dry cottony fur. I dilute the conditioner and leave it on instead of rinsing.
