No reputable breeder will guarantee size.

Paper work will not tell you anything about her ancestors. Did the breeder provide you with a pedigree?

Weight is only one aspect. Much more to deciding if a girl is breeding quality. You must have her examined by a vet that understands the breed and have a sonogram of her reproductive organs. Just because a girl is 5 pounds does not mean she can carry a litter to term if she concieves more than 2 or 3.
