Did your vet do any bloodwork when you've taken her in before? Is she healthy acting otherwise? Eating cat poo can be a problem and she should be kept away from the litter box, even if it means gating the area off from her.
Also, she has not been spayed, correct? If so, why not? There really is no reason not to have her spayed unless you plan on breeding. The risk of pyometra and some cancers increase with each heat cycle.
