I am very glad she's going to be okay. What a scary situation.
The dog was kept on a chain.... I'm sure the dog was never socialized, treated properly, trained or anything. What a terrible situation.
I wish dog owners would step up to the plate and be responsible with ANY dog, but especially strong breeds, to avoid situations such as this.
