A bit off topic. But, the City of North Hollywood California just passed a law that they are unable to sell pets in pet stores. They can only place rescue dogs or sell dogs from reputable breeders. So, the reputable breeder thing is taken care of, since no reputable breeder would sell their dogs to a pet store.
