this is so true... most groomers are tought to do it externally and vets are tought to do it internally (which is better) Our petsmart does not do it unless you specificly ask because if you do it once you will always have to do it. the only reason this needs to be done is because the dog stool is to soft and wont extract it on its own. If the stool is always firm then it will take care of itself.
I like watching when they do it to because Bailey's face just looks so serious and liek she is getting violated... it is a bit funny.
