I would post this in the health and diet section to get some input from breeders and experienced Yorkie owners. Include info: exact age, weight, brand of wet food.

I'm a Yorkie novice, but I don't think 3 tsp of pancake syrup a day is good for your little one. Multiple feedings throughout the day of regular food will help keep the blood sugar from dropping too low. Scheduled sugar isn't the best way to prevent hypoglycemia. My understanding is that Karo syrup and Nutrical are for use only when the pup is actually having an episode or is dehydrated.
