I agree - that was good advise and both mine took a few days (or longer) when we brought them home too. Regarding the litter box - I've not read many posts about dogs and actual 'litter' boxes - I know cats naturally will use them but I'd be scared for a puppy.
she just had shots right ? She may not feel well along with being in new surroundings
