never heard of giving the dog sugar, but I'm new to the breed?
That said yorkies and terriers in general tend to be very high energy dogs. a tired dog is a happy dog. Does she fetch at all? It's good if you can get an outlet for the dog.
Mine will play fetch and tug and that tends to get her tuckered out pretty good. I also have the advantage of having an additional puppy so they can go nutso together. :P |
