I've heard that a lot of pups don't like to be watched while they poop. Is the pad somewhere that is out on the open for everyone to see? Maybe that's the problem. If possible, try attaching her leash to yourself and just keep an eye on her every minute you're at home. When she starts to sniff and turn in a circle, you know she's ready to poop. Pick her up (don't walk her, because that gives her the opportunity to go before you get her outside) and take her outside, or to the hidden pad (maybe in a bathroom?) and tell her to go potty. Choose a phrase like "go potty" or "make", whatever you want, and stick with it, this way she'll associate the word with going potty. Good luck!
