He could file charges against her, but I doubt law enforcement would be too sympathetic with him (I'm assuming he was a willing participant).
I would PM you this Elizabeth - but I think it may serve as advice for someone else who is going thru this - this woman was probably deeply hurt & lied to by your hubby & now she is trying to ruin his life -- she probably feels that in order to properly ruin it, she has to get to you and your son, too. I am not saying that she's not wrong for what she's doing or is not a looney, but I'm sure it will stop in a little while. She'll get bored and annoyed when ignored.
