Awwww. He is such a little teddy bear! Don't worry about the one testicle thing. My maltese had that and his neutering might have been slightly more expensive - but not much.
As long as you didn't plan to show him - it's not going to make much difference.
Looks like everyone is pretty attached . . . I'm thinking a refund is out of the question at this point!
