IL won't allow an order or protection unless it's a former lover of your own or a family member - I know it's ridiculous.
Yes, I have been harassed over state lines. We changed our phone number.
The only advice I have is that if she calls you, don't answer and don't speak to her. Don't allow her to leave messages for you. She probably loves to hear yours or your husband's voice.
If I were you, I'd let your hubby deal with all this crap and make sure you are safe.
