If you ever get stuck in this situation again (God I pray you NEVER have to go through it again) one hit/punch to the throat and a kick/knee to the groin will do it everytime! Both EXTREMELY volnerable!
I love my Womens Self Defense class! lol Maybe you should leave a BIG shovel leaning against your fence or something!
