Below freezing my a**, northern IL has had subzero wind chill for awhile. Freezing is a mere 32. I'll bet some of you up there would have been praying for 32. In central IL we've been getting single digit wind chill and I know it's worse up there. Seven week old puppies?? I just cannot wrap my brain around deliberate cruelty of any kind...just cannot.
