It could be the rabbit poop. Also, when the tummy gets upset it can take awhile for it to get back to normal. I would have the vet check him out if it continues. One of mine has a very delicate tummy and I have to keep her on a very strict diet with no variation in her food and no people food. Hope you can find out what is causing this.
