I would DEF take her to the vet. Grass can have insecticides on it - and unlike Cats - eating grass will make a dog sick vs when a cat eats it to soothe their stomachs.....

If she's doing this badly I'd get to the vet right away

I dont want to alarm you but don't let them eat grass. I watch my girls really carefully on walks - no grass for them even though they try.
