Default Poisoning? Catalina Island Hike!

I have a two year old yorkie/silk mix. Took her with her sister on a hike up Catalina Island. Along the way, they were chomping on grass...which they usually do at home on my walks. Anyhow, the one that's sick ate quite a bit. About 18 hours later, as I was driving back home, she starts vomiting. Now she's extremely weak & doesn't look good. Drinking lots of water and has thrown up several times...with pieces of grass coming out. Any suggestions? It's almost 4 in the morning. Might take her to the vet. Gave her some pepto bismo with some water. Doesn't want to eat any plain rice. I'm worried...
